Challenge
The platform managed mobility data from hundreds of companies across 150+ providers. Compiling CO2 reports for the mandatory Dutch reporting obligation was a manual, time-consuming, and error-prone process that took multiple days per client.
Solution
We built an automated reporting pipeline that combines real-time data from all mobility sources: cars, bikes, public transport, and remote work. CO2 emissions are automatically calculated and reports are generated on schedule, ready for compliance.
Results
Reporting time dropped from days to minutes. All connected companies now automatically comply with the CO2 reporting obligation. Data accuracy increased significantly as manual entry was eliminated.
